We take the time when you start your care journey with us to find out about you, your family and friends, what your needs might be, your interests and lifestyle, things you like and dislike, and any health conditions you might have.
Our Care and Support Team can then craft a bespoke care plan that supports the individual needing care in the best way.
Home Care
Living independently at home is something most of us would like to do for as long as possible.
However, there are times when we all need a little support and help, this is where White Heart Care can assist.
Live-in Care
Fully managed live-in care service for all ages, tailored to suit your specific needs.
White Heart Care’s live in care service enables low, medium or high dependency care clients to continue living in their own home.
Complex Care
White Heart Care provides complex care for individuals throughout Brighton and Hove, East Sussex and West Sussex.
Our knowledgeable care workers are best placed to ensure complex care needs are provided in a professional and kind manner.
Respite Care
Respite care is simply a temporary care arrangement to benefit both the individual who requires care and their current carers.
White Heart Care’s team of care workers can support as needed during the respite break period.
